AnneMarie is an associate attorney at PLM. She is also a certified parenting investigator, guardian ad litem, and collaborative divorce attorney, bringing both legal expertise and compassionate advocacy to her work with families and children.

AnneMarie handles a wide range of matters, including divorce, child custody and parenting time disputes, and juvenile court proceedings. AnneMarie offers a practical and informed understanding of family law, developed through years of experience in a variety of roles within the field. As a licensed student attorney in the Family Law Clinic at the University of North Dakota School of Law, she managed client files, represented clients in court and mediation, and provided hundreds of hours of pro bono legal services. AnneMarie also served as a lay guardian ad litem in juvenile court, conducting thorough investigations and providing courtroom testimony on behalf of minor children. These roles provided AnneMarie with valuable insight into the legal and emotional complexities of family law matters and reflect her commitment to advancing the well-being of children and families through her legal work.
