Darcie Einarson has been a mediator since 1989 and a family law attorney since 1992. Licensed in ND, MN and AZ she loves helping others through one of the hardest times of their lives. In addition to her law degree from the University of North Dakota, Darcie also has a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in education.
Conflict is hard. It’s easier with a coach or an attorney to keep you real, lead you through the issues, and help you to decide what’s important, communicate your needs well and to negotiate peacefully.
Einarson has served as a mediator, judge, and litigator. She has been a member of the Family Lawyers Sections of the State Bar Associations of AZ, MN, and ND and of the American Bar Association. She has served as President of the ND Family Lawyers Section and of the State Bar Association of ND.
Darcie’s no-nonsense, honest approach to advocacy will give you a feeling of stability instead of anxiety. She’s been through the trenches herself as she went through her own divorce after more than twenty years of marriage. She has also fretted about finances and about the impact of divorce on children. This caused her to passionately study conflict, co-parenting, mental health issues, and co-dependency. She hopes to use her knowledge to help ease the path for others Darcie serves as a divorce coach and collaborative attorney.
